Custom and Personalized Orders

We currently do not offer full customization, but some items can be customized. Many of our products are available in various colors and sizes—simply choose your preferred options when placing your order. If customization is available for a product, it will be mentioned in the product description.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.

Care Instructions

To maintain your items in the best condition:

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat.
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth.
• Hand wash only; our products are NOT dishwasher safe.

Materials Used in Our 3D-Printed Products

Our products are made from high-quality, eco-friendly PLA filament. This biodegradable material is derived from renewable resources like cornstarch, ensuring a lightweight yet durable finish.

Order Processing Time

Processing times vary depending on the item but typically range from 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Germany – Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) requires online retailers selling to German buyers to follow specific recycling and reuse regulations for packaging materials (e.g., cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

NoOrdinaryLeaf is registered with the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) under registration number DE3921897591868. Our Dual System Licensing partner for packaging collection, sorting, and recycling is activated by RECLAY.

As a consumer, please ensure proper separation, reuse, and recycling of packaging at home or through your local recycling facility.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to order processing.

We accept bulk and wholesale orders. If you’re interested, please contact us with your requirements, and we will provide a custom quote.
